One search for every Minecraft add-on.
Modgrid is an open aggregator and search engine for Minecraft content. We don't host a single mod ourselves — we index Modrinth, CurseForge and GitHub releases and send you straight to the original source.
Why we built it
If you've ever modded Minecraft, you know the routine: open three sites, cross-reference versions, hunt for the right loader, then dig through changelogs to find out what actually changed. Modgrid collapses that into one fast, clean search. Type once, filter by loader and version, and download from whichever platform you trust.
How it works
- Aggregated search. A single query hits multiple platforms. Results are normalized so you can compare projects side by side.
- No re-hosting. Every download link points at the official source — Modrinth's CDN, CurseForge, or a GitHub release. We never proxy or mirror files, so you always get the authentic, author-published artifact.
- Version-aware. Pick your Minecraft version, mod loader (Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Quilt) or server core (Paper, Spigot, Purpur), and Modgrid surfaces the matching build with its changelog.
- Updates feed. Track new releases across all your favourite projects in one place.
Our principles
- Credit the creators. Authors and original platforms are always linked and attributed.
- No dark patterns. No fake download buttons, no ad-walls between you and the file, no bundled installers.
- Open and transparent. We're clear about which sources are connected and which are still in progress.
A note on safety
Because we link to original sources, the files you download are exactly what the author published on their platform of choice. Always review a project's permissions and licence before redistributing, and only run add-ons from creators you trust.
