3D Crossbow and bow

Adds a 3D crossbow and bow, with HMI support.

There are two versions to choose from: HMI support and vanilla support.

WARNING: If you use resource packs that change object positions, do not use the HMI resource pack with them. It has its own preset positions; this will conflict with other resource packs that also change object positions!
Use the HMI resource pack only if you are playing with resource packs that do not change object positions.
