Amethyst Axolotl

This resource pack replaces the extremely rare blue axolotl with a custom Amethyst Axolotl. The new variant features soft purple tones and glowing violet accents, giving the creature a mystical appearance while still fitting naturally within the vanilla Minecraft style.

All other axolotl variants remain unchanged, so only the rare blue axolotl is replaced by this unique amethyst-colored version.

In addition, the bucket containing a blue axolotl (1.21.5+) has been updated to match the new appearance, featuring a corresponding amethyst axolotl inside the bucket.

If you are lucky enough to encounter the rare blue axolotl, you will instead discover this magical amethyst companion.
