Arcturus is a modern all-in-one Paper utility & management plugin for Minecraft 1.21+, focused on moderation, quality-of-life features, and server systems — all built using Paper’s modern APIs.

A built-in rank system with commands and configuration support.

/rank add <rank> <player> – Assign a rank to a player
Default ranks:
- vip
- mod
- admin
- manager (operator-level, not customizable)
Customizable ranks
- vip, mod, and admin can be fully customized
- View and edit options with:
  - /rank config <rank>

🏠 Homes System

Set and teleport to homes

Might work on other verisions than 1.21.11 but you could try it because I have not yet tested it for other verisions than 1.21.11
