Attack Cooldown Sync

Fixes the noticable desync of your attack cooldown when swapping items.
When swapping items, your attack speed is not updated until the server sends the packet to change your attributes.
This mod predicts the attack speed and sets it once you swap items to make up for the delay between server and client.
