Ballistix: Refreshed

Ballistix: Refreshed aims to bring a fresh take on Aurilisdev's Ballistix mod. Most textures have been updated, models have been tweaked or completely redone, and all tier 3+ explosives are animated.

Tested on 1.20.1, but may work fine on some other versions.
