Better HeroPack Reloading

A mod that improves Fisk's Superheroes' HeroPack reloading system.

Features

• Compares your currently loaded heropacks with the server's and automatically cancels reloading if they match, allowing you to join the server instantly.
• Automatically load official server heropacks on game startup. This can be disabled in the config.
• Config option to cancel reloading while having additional local heropacks, as long as the required server packs match.
• Improves stability by fixing several fatal errors that could occur during gameplay.
