That resource pack just adds rename model, to get it, you need to rename a carved pumpkin into "Cat ears"

"No pumpkin blur" is embedded, so you don't need to install this.

Localization:

En: rename into "Cat ears"

Ru: переименнуйте в "Кошачьи ушки"

Recomendation

I find a mod "RP renames" very useful, when you use by the type of mine resource pack, so i highly recommend it to install.
