HOW TO USE

You NEED to have this datapack 1.6 works

Create a world with the datapack and resourcepack enabled!

Type this command in:
/function custom_roleplay_data:set_required_level {level:0}

Next hold a carved pumpkin and type this command:
/trigger CustomModelData set 1

Then you are done!

You can put it on your head slot if you want (;
