Chat 2 (before GTAVI)

This mod adds one GUI screen, the Chat 2.

Chat 2 shows a text field that you can type into, and upon clicking the "Send" button, it will send it as a message to all players.

This screen is completely unrelated to the real chat menu, meaning no change to the game will prevent this one from working.

The only thing that would prevent it from working, is if the whole chat display was blocked. If that's the case, I will update this mod to add my own display.

(Other versions coming in the future. Like 1.21.4 and 1.20.1 Also let me know what versions you'd like to see and I'll let you know if it's doable.)
