Chat Teams

Adds teams to player chat messages.

Operators can use /group [player] [team]

Players can use /group [team]

This plugin also disables chat reporting.

As of Version 1.1 ChatTeams now includes a feature to broadcast chat messages over a Discord webhook. As of 1.2.2, it can broadcast death messages over a discord webhook.
