Bocchi! But as a rock! Adds a Bocchi Rock... and some additions to the Note Blocks

Items mod adds

Currently mod adds:

Bocchi Rocks which spawns in plains and meadows and can be thrown
Picks crafted by stonecutting Bocchi Rock and can be used on Note Block to play new guitar sound without new block underneath it
Block of Picks made of 9 picks that changes Note Block's sound
Amp that also changes Note Block's sound
Vanilla skulls now have their own meme instruments when placed under the Note Block
