Removes the ugly 'pls update cicada' cape from older versions of CICADA
A very simple mod to disable cape handling in older versions of CICADA. This removes the ugly "hi pls update cicada thx!" cape that shows up now.
The mod works by using a mixin to cancel all cape fetching and handling that CICADA does.
