Clear Chat Command

✨ Clear Chat Command — a tiny, fast plugin that clears only your own chat with one command.

• 🧹 Clears the chat locally for the player who runs the command
• ⏱️ Shows a green "Chat cleared" action bar for 5 seconds
• 🔐 Configurable permissions (everyone or permission-only)

• clearchatcommand.use — allows using the command
• clearchatcommand.update — receives update notifications on join (default: op)
