Cobblemon Hunter (Pokemon Modpack)

This pack includes a few Performance mods along side Cobblemon, an expansive Pokémon mod! This pack is Highly Optimized and runs good on low end hardware. We Recommend Setting your Ram 2gb or 4gb.

This pack is using a version of Cobblemon 1.6.1. If you have singleplayer worlds, make sure to back them up first in case there are any issues!
