The mod provides three simple config options for now

enabled (default: true) Decides if the mod is enabled and even works
bottlingConsumption (default: 0.785f) The amount of xp consumed to create a bottle
sneakingRequired (default: true) If enabled you must be sneaking and right click to bottle xp
