Managing Cursor Huds Made Easier

/cursorsend <player> group <groupName> [fake|real] — start or switch a cursor group for any player
/cursorsend <player> static <hologramId> — send a static hologram to a player's active session
/cursorsend <player> stop — stop a player's cursor session
/cursoradmin sessions — see all active sessions across the server
/cursoradmin info <player> — live session details (group, hologram IDs)
/cursoradmin reload — hot-reload permission locks from config without restarting
/cursoradmin locks — list all configured locks
/cursoradmin lock group|static <id> <perm> [op] — add a lock at runtime
/cursoradmin unlock group|static <id> — remove a lock at runtime
All lock changes made via command are also persisted to config.yml.
