Descriptioner is a lightweight Paper plugin that injects localized descriptions for all vanilla enchantments directly into item tooltips.

- Descriptions shown below each enchantment name in the item tooltip
- English and Spanish support — auto-detects the player's locale
- All descriptions are stored in editable YAML config files
