Disable Phantoms Individually

With this mod, players can choose whether they want phantoms to be turned on.

If you have the gamerule doInsomnia turned on it will turn this mod off.

Commands

/insomnia - Shows if you have turned phantoms off or on
/insomnia <enable/disable> - Turn off or on phantoms
