Build recipes without touching YAML

Easy Recipes gives server staff a clean in-game workbench for
creating and managing crafting recipes. Put real items into the 3×3 editor,
choose the result, save, and the recipe becomes available immediately.

No client mod, resource pack, or restart is required.

Recipe workbench

• Create shaped and shapeless crafting recipes from an inventory GUI
• Preserve display names, lore, enchantments, model data, components, and PDC
• Set result stack sizes without commands or configuration files
• Switch recipe type, rename recipes, and edit ingredients before saving

• Clone recipes as disabled drafts for safer experimentation
• Enable, disable, and delete recipes while the server is running

Replace an old recipe safely

Every custom recipe has an Existing Recipes switch. When enabled,
Easy Recipes temporarily removes other registered recipes that produce the
same material. Turn the switch off and those recipes are restored immediately.

This is useful when you want your custom recipe to be the only way to craft an
item. The setting is visible in the GUI, saved per recipe, and automatically
restored if the custom recipe is disabled or the plugin shuts down.

All permissions default to server operators.

Compatibility

• Minecraft 1.20.1–1.21.11
• Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, Purpur, and compatible Bukkit-based forks
• Server-side only; players do not install anything
• Java 17 bytecode with no bundled server API

The release is compiled against the Spigot 1.20.1 API and runtime-tested on
Paper 1.20.1, 1.20.6, 1.21.1, 1.21.11, and Purpur 1.21.11.

Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Sponge, Folia, Velocity, and BungeeCord are not marked
compatible. Proxy software such as Velocity and BungeeCord does not own the
crafting registry; install this plugin on the backend Bukkit-family server.

Installation

1. Download EasyRecipes-1.0.0.jar.
2. Place it in the backend server's plugins folder.
3. Restart the server.
4. Join as an operator and run /er.

When moving a recipe library to an older Minecraft release, remove recipes that
contain items unavailable on that release before copying recipes.yml.
