Enchanted Utilities

Description

Enchanted Utilities expands existing vanilla enchantments to items that would work well with those enchantments, it is extremely lightweight and perfect for vanilla+ players who feel like shields should be enchantable or find it odd that some tools are not enchantable.

It does not add enchantments of its own, only expands vanilla ones.

Enchantable Items

• Shields: Compatible with Unbreaking, Protection, and Thorns.
  • Thorns also works while shield is blocking.

• Shears: Compatible with Unbreaking and Efficiency.

• Flint and Steel: Compatible with Unbreaking.

• Wolf Armor: Compatible with Protection, Thorns, and Unbreaking.

  • Protection works on damage sources not already blocked by the wolf armor.
  • Thorns works the same as it would on players.
  • Unbreaking causes wolf armor to take a lot more hits before breaking.

• Nautilus Armor (1.21.11+): Compatible with Protection and Thorns.

  • Protection works the same as it would on players.
  • Thorns works the same as it would on players.
  • Unbreaking is not needed as Nautilus Armor does not take durability damage.

Item Changes

• Shields: Added a component with enchantable value of 9.
• Shears: Added a component with enchantable value of 9.
• Flint and Steel: Added a component with enchantable value of 9.
• Wolf Armor: Added a component with enchantable value of 9.
• Copper Nautilus Armor (1.21.11+): Added a component with enchantable value of 8.
• Iron Nautilus Armor (1.21.11+): Added a component with enchantable value of 9.
• Golden Nautilus Armor (1.21.11+): Added a component with enchantable value of 25.
• Diamond Nautilus Armor (1.21.11+): Added a component with enchantable value of 10.
• Netherite Nautilus Armor (1.21.11+): Added a component with enchantable value of 15.
