Encumbered

This is a server-side mod that gives you the slowness-effect depending on how full your inventory is.
If you have 24 item stacks in your inventory, you will become encumbered and gain the slowness effect. If you have 30 item stacks in your inventory, you'll become heavily encumbered and get the slowness effect on level II.
