A List of features:

Entities:

• Entity.eyes.watching: Stalks you. Take at least 8 Blocks of distance. Can open doors. Looks like a player. Killable.
• Entity.eyes.screaming: Big mouth. Does not like to be looked at. Sometimes tears down walls. Killable.
• Entity.eyes.searching: Be quiet. Dont move. Dont let it find you. Unkillable.

Gear:

• Knife: Fast reload, 5 Damage

• Sword of Pain: 9 Damage, endgame item

• Big clump of flesh: helps against "Paranoia"

• Crucifix: If used, can banish Monsters for a short amount of time (Chance of working depending on the version)

• Glitchtable: Used to enchant items randomly using Glitchorbs, dropped by entities of varios types
