Fastest Vulkan

Currently, the only supported version of Minecraft is 1.21.11 Fabric & 1.21.4 Fabric.

This is the fastest mod configuration using the Vulkan mod.
There are some minor rendering bugs.
Otherwise, it behaves just like the vanilla version.

Performance improvements and minor new features have been implemented.

Details:

Server-side improvements to in-game chunks and mob AI,
Fixed lag when turning around,
Performance enhancements through changes to the rendering API and culling,

Fastest Vulkan Modpack : 450-500FPS (x2)
