ModrinthForces blocks into positions they normally cannot be placed in.

This mod allows you to place any block at any position.
It's required on both client & server.
To use force-placing, you need to be in creative mode, have at least op permissions level 2 (or permission forceplace.use) and run the command /toggleforceplace.
