Fowl Play Unofficial

Fowl Play introduces a variety of new birds to Minecraft, featuring realistic behavior, sounds, and flight mechanics. Unlike flapping chickens and parrots, these birds soar through the skies with grace (except for the flightless ones). Some add atmosphere, others have useful traits—and all of them do their best to get on your nerves!

This is an unofficial port for Forge 1.20.1 (can be used without sinytra)
