Added commands (all configurable):
- /gamemode 0/1/2/3/s/c/a/sp
- /gm (shorthand of /gamemode)
- /defaultgamemode
- /dgm (shorthand of /defaultgamemode)
- /difficulty 0/1/2/3
- /toggledownfall
