Gaots Drop Mutton

A simple but useful Minecraft datapack that makes goats drop mutton and wool, because let's be honest - they should have dropped these from the start!

Why This Mod?

Goats in vanilla Minecraft only drop goat horns, which makes them pretty useless as a farm animal. This mod fixes that by making them a viable source of food and wool, similar to sheep.

Now your mountain goat farms actually have a purpose!

Note: Looting enchantment increases mutton drops by 0-1 per level

Known Issues

None! This is a simple loot table modification, so it's very stable.
