I've got a pretty old computer, with the GPU being almost 7 years old, and it will run this Vanilla+ Modpack at 50-60 FPS consistently. This modpack doesn't add any new blocks (except vertical slabs), just changes the way the game looks and sounds. I think this will run very well on your pc if it is better than mine. Make sure to activate the Shaders and the Resource Packs in the game settings for the best experience. Only meant for friends but available for everyone.
