Item tint

Changes in the new 1.21.4 item model system broke the item tint packs I made, and there doesnt seem to be a good solution so far, so they are going archived now. Sorry

Tints the items in the inventory that have biome colors

This includes water buckets, leaves, grass, and other foliage. It also works with other resource packs that change the colormaps, like water and foliage
