Jog's Spawn Eggs will no longer support the latest versions of Minecraft

I plan to update Jog's Spawn Eggs to support all versions up to 1.21.4 in the near future. I imagine there will be little interest in using this Resource Pack past 1.21.4 as in Spring to Life drop all Spawn Eggs were given unique designs.
