LAN Limit Modifier

Simple mod to allow changing the max player cap on LAN servers.
Simply add -Dlanlimit.value=<your new limit> to your JVM args. Defaults to 1 more than current player count to always have space.
This mod is only required on the LAN server host, other players do not need this.
