MEH - Maximum Enchantment Hightlight

MEH is a really simple mod that highlights enchantments that are max level and beyond.

An image showing a depiction of a maximum enchanted diamond sword with the maximum level enchantments in gold and the enchantments that are above maximum in bold. The enchantments that are not maximum level are left to the standard gray.
