More Enchantment Level Display-Chinese numerals

Supports Display:

1. Roman numerals;
2. Arabic numerals;
3. English words (and versions without units) (who needs it?);
4. Uppercase/Lowercase Chinese numerals (and versions without units) (This Project);
5. And their binary versions.

Precautions:

• It does not support enchantment levels above 255, as Minecraft itself does not support such high levels.
• This feature is compatible with Minecraft versions 1.12.2 and above.
• This is just a resource pack and does not include methods to obtain enchantment levels above 5.
