More Dragon Immune Blocks

There's a number of blocks that seem like they should be immune to the destruction caused by the Ender Dragon, but aren't. This is here to fix that.

• Banners
• Chains & Lanterns
• Diamond Blocks
• Ancient Debris & Netherite Blocks
• Lodestone
• Pointed Dripstone
• Chorus Plants & Chorus Flowers
• Conduits
• Sea Lanterns
• Prismarine & related blocks
• End Stone Bricks & related blocks
• Purpur Blocks & related blocks
• End Rods
• Ender Chests
• Enchanting Tables
• Shulker Boxes

Some blocks were made immune not just because it would make sense, but rather for convenience, or for another gameplay-related reason.

• Iron-type blocks are immune for parity with Iron Bars.

• Pointed Dripstone is immune to make them reliably fall when the Ender Dragon destroys the block holding it (the same is partially relevant to Anvils as well).

• Conduits, Sea Lanterns, and Prismarine are immune to follow the logic of Endermen being vulnerable to water.
