Nicer Chiseling

Information

Lots of people complain about chiseled stone bricks but I haven't seen them fixed in a way that looked nice so here's my take on it

Versions

This should work in any version after 1.13

I do have plans to make a pre texture update version as well

Have issues or a suggestion?
