Wheat seeds only drop when breaking grass with a hoe.
Applies to short grass, tall grass, ferns, and large ferns, which all drop seeds.
Why you should want this:
- Less inventory clutter, easier to clear large areas
- Less lag from item entities
- Adds a player choice (engaging)
- Good game design
