Vanilla Minecraft blocks anvil operations that cost more than 39 levels.
NotTooExpensivePro intercepts that — any operation over 39 levels gets
capped to exactly 39 levels. You pay 39, you get your item. Done.

Operations already under 39 levels are untouched — full vanilla behavior.

• /ntep reload to reload config without restart
• Zero dependencies — most anvil plugins require PacketEvents or ProtocolLib
  to manipulate the anvil UI at a packet level. NotTooExpensivePro needs nothing.
  No extra JARs to download, no version mismatches, no plugin conflicts. Just drop and go.

📦 Installation

1. Drop NotTooExpensivePro.jar into your /plugins folder
2. Restart your server
3. That's it. Seriously.

💡 No PacketEvents. No ProtocolLib. No dependencies at all.
Most plugins that touch the anvil UI require heavy packet libraries.
NotTooExpensivePro uses only the built-in Bukkit/Paper API — nothing else needed.
