Nuclear Rods

Inspired by Unstable SMP's "Forge" rods able to strike down tons of tnt's with just a single pull.

How to use? First create/join a singleplayer world and use one of these commands: /nuclear_rod user | /laser_rod user

The nuclear rod is basically a huge-area tnt nuke that deals a lot of damage.
The laser rod is a small area nuke.
