Fixes a small bug that makes RL Enchanted Books resource pack and other enchanted book resource pack fail to apply correctly if any of the given enchantment ids are not present in a mod pack.
This enables other modpacks to use RL Enchanted Books or other resource packs for custom enchanted book/item CITs even if they don't have all of the enchants that the resource pack as CITs for.
