Overpowered one hit soap

Adds the one-hit soap from the video games ULTRAKILL, and DUSK as an item into minecraft; including two other special items and a structure.

Additions:
Soap (Weapon) - The one-hit soap itself, allowing someone to one shot just about anything... may not work for some mods.
Florp (Block) - A craftable block, with the crafting recipe being that of an ender dragon egg with the soap. Has a very accurate hitbox!
Pedestal (Block) - Uncraftable block, found in the same structure as the soap.
Pedestal structure - The structure that houses both the pedestal, and the Soap blocks, allowing for one to aquire the soap item.

Credits:
Catamity (Me) - The creator of the mod, and models of everything. Used MCreator, admittedly though.
David Szymanski - The creator of DUSK, where the idea of this soap originates.

Do not take this mod seriously at all, add it if you really just want to kill every vanilla mob in one hit. It's not a serious mod.
