Kills the particle "engine" at the source. Unlike other particle mods that cull or hide particles, this cancels them before any object is allocated - nothing is created, ticked or rendered. Zero overhead for performance instances. As far as I know, I am the only person whos done this. This is both compatible with VulkanMod and Sodium.
I actually encourage people to fork this and make it available for other versions and maybe make player particles visible, with the goal of making it as lightweight as possible. Give credit where its due.
As far as I know, only block-break particles are seen in the newest versions, but everything else works. Originally made for 1.21.4 but the other listed versions should work aswell.
