Pigs Addition 1.21.5

With the addition of two new pigs in snapshot 25w02a it is now possible to add variants via datapack, this datapack adds the available variants of the Minecraft Earth game.

Note: this is my first datapack adding textures, some of them don't exactly match the real ones, so I'm currently working on implementing them for the next version.
