Random Supply Box

Random Supply Box is a lightweight Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 that automatically spawns indestructible loot boxes across your world – every 2 minutes, at a completely random location.

✨ Features

• Automatic spawning – A new supply box appears every 2 minutes (2400 ticks).
• Truly random positions – X/Z range: ±29,999,983, Y range: -67 to 100. The box replaces any existing block.
• Random loot, weighted by rarity – Each box contains 5–20 stacks of random items. Common items are more frequent; epic items are rare.
• No creative‑only items – Bedrock, command blocks, barriers, structure blocks, etc. are excluded.
• Indestructible – Cannot be broken by players (even in Creative mode).
• Auto‑disappears – Each box vanishes after 10 minutes (12000 ticks).
• Vanilla chest texture – Uses the classic chest appearance (you need to copy the texture once – see Installation).

📥 Installation

1. Install Fabric Loader (0.15.0 or later) and Fabric API for Minecraft 1.21.1.
2. Download this mod’s .jar file and place it in your mods folder.
3. Texture fix: To see the chest texture, copy
   assets/minecraft/textures/entity/chest/normal.png from a default Minecraft resource pack to
   assets/randomsupplybox/textures/block/supply_box.png inside the mod JAR (or into a separate resource pack).
   If you skip this, the box will show a purple/black missing texture.
4. Launch the game – the mod works on both singleplayer and servers.
