Redstone Lever

Resourcepack adds a glow effect to levers. Now the activated levers look like a redstone torch ( in the style of 1.21.2 ), which makes them visible even in the dark. Now it is possible to accurately and clearly distinguish the state of the lever: is it turned on or not
