Remove Environmental Fog (Water, Lava, Nether)

This resourcepack removes environmental fog, which many players find annoying. This includes in water, lava and the nether fog.

This resourcepack only works in 1.21.6+ as mojang changed the vanila fog shader, breaking many of fog resource packs prior to 1.21.6 including the popular resource pack https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/no-lava,-water,-or-fog-overlay-1.21-by-silvermanmc.
