RuinedCollections
ModrinthConfigurable player collections, rewards, leaderboards, and menus for Paper/Folia.
RuinedCollections
RuinedCollections is a configurable collections plugin for Paper and Folia servers. It is built for servers that want Hypixel SkyBlock-style collection progress without being locked into one set of items, menus, rewards, or storage choices.
Current support
- Paper and Folia
1.21through26.2 - Java 21 bytecode for the plugin jar
- Java 25 recommended for current Paper/Folia 26.x servers
- PlaceholderAPI, Vault, and LuckPerms-compatible setups
- SQLite by default, MySQL for larger networks
What admins can customize
- Collections for vanilla blocks/items, entities, custom item keys, and command-driven custom rewards
- Tier goals from small starter values to very large long-term targets
- Rewards per tier, including command rewards, money rewards, permission-style setups, and custom server commands
- GUI menus, lore, progress text, locked/unlocked states, and filler items
- Leaderboards and PlaceholderAPI placeholders for menus, scoreboards, NPCs, holograms, and external leaderboard displays
Safety and scale
RuinedCollections is designed for small servers and larger live networks. Progress writes are batched, leaderboards are cached, offline players are handled by UUID and saved names, and reward claims are protected against duplicate execution. The plugin also writes a diagnostics log so startup problems, config mistakes, reward failures, storage issues, and migration/import problems are easier to track down.

First setup
Drop RuinedCollections.jar into plugins, start the server once, then check the generated files under plugins/RuinedCollections. The default collections and template files are meant to be edited and copied, so admins have working examples before building their own collections.
