Dummy Items Template

This datapack is intended to be used as a template for datapack makers who wish to add some custom crafting items but do not wish to go through the effort of making dummy items themselves. There are two files: one that modifies craftable items in the world, and one that modifies both craftable items and loot tables.

It is recommended that you use this datapack on a new world if you do not wish for your dummy items to already be in circulation by the time your datapack is installed. Do take care when installing other datapacks and mods along side this one to make sure that they do not also make your dummy items accessible in ways that they were not meant to be by you.

Without any modifications, this datapack should feel almost completely like vanilla gameplay when it is installed, and it is not meant to be used on its own and unmodified - though there is no harm in doing so.

You can run this command to get a list of all of the available dummy items, as well as how many there are:

/function dummy_items:give/get_dummy_items

You are free to use and modify and reupload this as you wish as the base of a new datapack with no credit necessary.
