Simple Hats - Lowered Drop Rate

Velox presents: Simple Hats - Lowered Rates (10%)

This datapack lowers the default drop rate of Simple Hats from always dropping from entities or looting from chests to a rate of 10%. Making the hats feel rarer and valuable. 

Originally made for the Velox Modpack.
