simplecombatguard
ModrinthThis project adds combat tagging that blocks /home, /spawn, and other teleport commands during PvP, with a relog-proof cooldown timer.
CombatGuard
A lightweight combat tag plugin that stops players from escaping fights with /home, /spawn, /tp, and other teleport commands.
Features
- PvP combat tagging — dealing or taking damage from another player (melee or projectiles) tags both players "in combat" for a configurable duration.
- Command blocking — blocks any commands you choose in the config file (defaults:
/home,/spawn,/tpa,/tpaccept,/tp,/warp,/back) while tagged, with a message showing time remaining. - Action bar countdown — players see a live combat timer on screen.
- Relog-proof — the combat timer keeps counting down even if a player disconnects, so quitting mid-fight doesn't reset the cooldown. Rejoining while still tagged resumes the countdown automatically.
- Optional combat-log punishment — enable
punish-combat-logto kill (and drop the inventory of) any player who disconnects while tagged, instead of letting them dodge the fight entirely. - Death clears the tag — dying naturally ends combat status, no lingering block on respawn.
- Staff bypass —
combatguard.bypasspermission exempts staff from command blocking. - Simple admin tools —
/combatguard check <player>,/combatguard clear <player>,/combatguard reload.
